Using top grade chinese teas from the ancient mountains of China & Taiwan, we have crafted 6 distinct iced teas. All our teas are naturally sweetened with dried fruits and wild honey. The flavour of the tea leaves are extracted using a cold brew process that takes 24 hours to give it the best taste possible. 500ml per bottle.
Lemon Jade Monkey
Using the highest quality jasmine tea from the Fujian region, this iced tea is fragrant and refreshing, especially so lifted by the citrus notes of the aged lemon slices that we cold brew with the tea leaves. Gently sweetened with our homemade Jasmine honey.
Roasted Wolf Oolong
The roasted Taiwanese oolong gives this tea an almost buttery aroma that is so addictive. We have gently brewed the tea with wolfberries which are extremely high in antioxidant. Lightly sweetened with our homemade kumquat honey.
Organic Rose Pu Er
Using 15YO aged Pu Er from Yunnan, this tea is smooth as silk. An additional layer of fragrance is infused with the organic rose buds from Guangzhou as well as a punch of citrus aroma from the aged mandarin peels.
Canton Black Lychee
This black tea from Keemum has been aged for 3 years with dried lychee fruit to give it a fruity aroma yet preserving the delicious black tea notes. We have cold brewed this tea with red dates and a sprinkle of pine nuts to give it a nutty fragrance.
Snow Fairy Chrysanthemum
A cold brew blend of 3 different Chrysanthemums to give it a heady aroma and superb taste. We have lightly sweetened this with hawthorn syrup and a dash of roselle tea.
